The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will operate in a climate-controlled remote environment, providing services primarily from their home office while also collaborating with school staff and other healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their mental health status, employing standardized tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to tailor individualized care plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver impactful outpatient therapy sessions, helping patients to navigate the mental health challenges that arise from cancer diagnoses.

• Engage in continuous monitoring of patient progress, promptly assessing the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and making data-informed adjustments to care plans as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, patient reports, and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with patients, their families, and other professionals to design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that align with the unique needs and goals of each patient.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, reflecting the importance of this role within our organization.
