Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly as a clinician with assigned school-aged clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, providing therapeutic interventions either virtually or through integrated care plans.

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to determine client needs and appropriate course of action, arranging for more detailed evaluations as necessary.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the client and their families, ensuring seamless access to linked community services.

• Participate effectively in team-based care to achieve common objectives, demonstrating a spirit of collaboration and communication.

• Respond promptly to crises with appropriate interventions, ensuring clients' safety and well-being.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
