Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and create individualized treatment plans using a variety of best practice methodologies.

• Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to each student’s needs, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client records.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and educators, to devise comprehensive treatment plans and ensure integrated care.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continually improve the care provided and share insights with fellow professionals.

• Serve as an educational resource for students and their families by providing guidance on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve school-aged children and adolescents who may be experiencing various emotional, behavioral, or psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, particularly in school or outpatient settings.

• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing tailored treatment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
