Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for students referred to the mental health program, using standardized evaluation tools to identify mental health needs and concerns. From this, you will develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Implement and adapt therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique context and challenges faced by school-aged children and adolescents.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality while providing timely updates to relevant team members.

• Collaborate closely with school personnel, including teachers and counselors, to create a holistic support network for students and their families. Participation in IEP meetings may be required to advocate for mental health needs.

Qualifications\n
