Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy to a diverse array of clients, focusing on both mental health concerns and relationship dynamics.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation for all clients, ensuring compliance with organizational policies as well as insurance requirements.

• Utilize a professional billing service to streamline claims, manage accounts receivable, and handle eligibility checks, allowing you to devote more time to client care.

• Schedule ongoing appointments with clients, keeping an organized and updated calendar to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.

• Adapt therapeutic approaches to accommodate various clinical presentations, demonstrating flexibility in treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus primarily on students and their families, addressing mental health concerns that may impact their educational experience and personal development. You will work closely with school staff and parents to provide holistic support, facilitating interventions that promote well-being and academic success. The ideal candidate will understand the nuances of working within an educational framework, particularly in assessing and responding to the diverse needs of children and adolescents.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

• Must hold a valid, independent LCSW licensure in Illinois.

• Capable of working a minimum of 20-25 hours per week with the flexibility to include at least two evenings weekly.

Compensation and Benefits\n
