Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while maintaining a flexible schedule tailored to the needs of both you and your clients. The working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to determine students' mental health needs, strengths, and resources, vital in forming a baseline for appropriate interventions.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and effective strategies to achieve measurable outcomes in students’ mental health.

• Work in tandem with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, school psychologists, and administration, to ensure a cohesive approach to student wellness.

• Perform crisis interventions, risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary to manage acute situations promptly and effectively.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance social skills and provide peer support.

• Accurately document all interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure continuity of care.

In this role, you will primarily work with children and adolescents, addressing their unique emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
