Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify mental health needs and strengths of students and families.

• Developing individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
\n
• Implementing therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities as appropriate.

• Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate, timely clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.
\n
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams within the school environment, including teachers, counselors, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate holistic care.

• Participating in case consultations and peer supervision meetings to continually enhance treatment strategies and clinical skills.
\n
• Providing educational resources and support to families regarding mental health issues, coping strategies, and available community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral concerns. Our integrated approach emphasizes early intervention and proactive support to help students navigate their academic and personal lives more effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services to children and adolescents.

• Proficient knowledge of solution-focused therapy techniques and mental health interventions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen emphasis on empathy and active listening.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
