This position is remote, providing flexibility in your work schedule while allowing you to work effectively from home. You will engage with clients primarily through telehealth platforms, facilitating individual and couples therapy sessions tailored to their specific needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic services to clients of all ages, including individual and couples therapy.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with clinical standards and organizational protocols.

• Coordinate all ongoing appointments and manage an organized calendar to ensure continuity of care for clients.
\n
• Leverage our billing service which efficiently handles claims, client accounts receivable, benefit eligibility checks, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on client care.

• Evaluate clients’ unique clinical presentations to devise personalized treatment plans that align with their specific goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and behavioral concerns among students. As a school-based practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the emotional and psychological well-being of children and adolescents, fostering a supportive environment that promotes learning and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure, allowing for independent practice.

• Proven professionalism, with excellent therapeutic boundaries and cultural competency.

• Excellent communication abilities, with a focus on collaborative client engagement.

• Availability to consistently work full-time hours, averaging 40 hours per week including at least two evenings each week.
