Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs and craft personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual goals and circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, families, and groups, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solutions-focused approaches, ensuring that care is tailored to each client's needs.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to deliver holistic care, ensuring that all aspects of a client's treatment are addressed in a coordinated manner.

• Act swiftly to provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, leveraging your training to de-escalate situations and guide clients toward the appropriate support systems.

• Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and engaging underserved populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse range of clients, including individuals from varying ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A graduate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity required to effectively collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage documentation and client records accurately and efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n
