The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' stressors and mental health goals, allowing for customized mindfulness practices tailored to their needs.

• Implement mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) techniques, including guided meditations, breathing exercises, and mindful movement, to help clients achieve emotional balance.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions integrating mindfulness practices aimed at addressing specific issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Design and lead group workshops focused on mindfulness techniques, stress management strategies, and resilience building.

• Collaborate closely with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive, integrated approach to client care.

• Maintain robust documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to support continuity of care and clinical efficacy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Proficient understanding of mindfulness-based practices with experience in therapeutic settings.

• Exceptional communication skills are required to cultivate a calming therapeutic environment for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary range between USD 80,000 and 104,000.
