Work Environment\n

This remote role allows you to work from the comfort of your home while being part of a dynamic, outpatient office environment. The daily work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured yet flexible work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), tailored to individual client needs for effective stress reduction and emotional balance.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' unique stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, customizing mindfulness techniques that address their specific circumstances.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathing techniques to foster self-awareness and promote emotional regulation.
\n
• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience-building strategies for clients, enhancing community support dynamics.

• Incorporate mindfulness techniques into individual therapy sessions to holistically address a wide range of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to stress-related disorders.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to client care, integrating mindfulness into treatment plans effectively.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress, mindfulness interventions utilized, and overall treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engage in regular personal mindfulness practice and self-reflection to deepen your expertise in MBSR, actively participating in continued education opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in Nevada is essential.

• A strong background or interest in mindfulness-based practices is preferred, with eligibility to acquire specific training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
