Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth evaluations of clients to identify their mental health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans that may include individual, couples, and family therapy.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches suited for various mental health conditions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support for clients facing acute emotional or psychological crises, ensuring their safety and stabilization.

• Maintain meticulous client records, including assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes, complying with all HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and provide holistic support to clients.

• Engage in community outreach efforts, educating clients and their families about mental health awareness, resources, and services available to them in the community.

Qualifications\n

• A current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our organization offers a competitive salary within the range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
