Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify individual clients’ mental health needs, subsequently collaborating with clients to establish customized treatment plans that address their specific goals and challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions. This includes methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy to address issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship concerns.

• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure a comprehensive, coordinated approach to client care.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients facing acute emotional distress or emergencies, employing both empathy and expertise to de-escalate situations and facilitate access to appropriate care.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives and education programs aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues, thereby reducing stigma and fostering a greater understanding of available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a wide variety of clients from diverse backgrounds, including individuals dealing with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, relational issues, and more. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will engage with clients of different ages, cultures, and socioeconomic statuses, requiring a compassionate and culturally competent approach to care.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is essential.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to develop meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate documentation and timely follow-ups.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

ProMind Wellness Clinic offers competitive compensation, with a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
