Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based methods to formulate and implement personalized treatment plans aligning with best practices.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy, applying a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to the varying needs of our clients. Techniques may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Work collaboratively with a team of case managers, psychiatrists, and allied health professionals to provide a seamless support network for clients, ensuring a cohesive treatment experience.

• Respond effectively in crisis situations, applying your training and skills to deliver immediate support and intervention for clients in acute distress.

• Participate in community outreach and educational efforts, aiming to raise awareness about mental health services and reduce stigma through workshops, seminars, and other initiatives.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory for this role.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting post-licensure, preferably with experience in community health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
