This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging regularly with clients via teletherapy platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status through teletherapy sessions, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to address specific mental health issues.

• Regularly meet with clients to monitor progress, adapt treatment plans, and provide ongoing support through various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, promoting peer support and collaboration among clients to enhance their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver holistic care and ensure continuity in treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will include individuals dealing with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will support clients from diverse backgrounds, utilizing culturally sensitive approaches to ensure that therapy is relevant and effective.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LCMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Maryland.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a strong foundation in therapeutic interventions.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and applicable evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills with the ability to act decisively in high-pressure situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 for the right candidate.
