Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to delineate clients' mental health needs, followed by the creation of tailored treatment plans that reflect individual goals and challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic methods for individuals, groups, and families, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or motivational interviewing to effectively address a variety of mental health issues.

• Engage proactively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to provide a coordinated, holistic approach to client care and ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services for clients facing acute distress, applying your expertise to stabilize situations and connect clients with appropriate resources.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives, delivering educational workshops and seminars designed to elevate mental health awareness and combat stigma in diverse communities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from a variety of ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A current, independent, and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
