Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health requirements and collaboratively formulate individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, comprehensive care that promotes optimal client outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, offering immediate support and developing strategies for stabilization.

• Engage in community outreach and education, organizing workshops and seminars to raise awareness about mental health issues and reduce stigma within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Fast Pace, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will support clients facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, fostering a culturally competent approach to treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
