Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized mental health counseling using a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and create customized treatment plans based on client needs and preferences.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress through a mix of qualitative and quantitative measures, adjusting treatment strategies accordingly for optimal outcomes.

• Perform crisis management interventions when necessary, demonstrating sound judgment and compassion.

• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) effectively to document client progress and treatment strategies while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active social work or mental health counselor license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) as per state regulations.

• Proven expertise in multiple psychotherapy modalities and familiarity with a broad spectrum of mental health diagnoses.

• Ability to remain composed and productive in a fast-paced work environment, managing interruptions with ease.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, providing a comfortable and reassuring environment for clients.

• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with no history of medical malpractice claims as verified by a third party.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits\n
