Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients’ mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans to address these unique challenges.

• Create and implement tailored therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques and up-to-date interventions to guide clients through their recovery journeys.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering an environment conducive to healing and open communication.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, ensuring clients receive integrated and holistic care.

• Educate and support clients’ families, providing necessary information and resources to promote a cooperative recovery process.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulations.

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds facing a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Your work will directly impact their lives, emphasizing a personalized approach to care and ensuring that you address both clinical and socio-economic factors for effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Proven proficiency in mental health counseling, demonstrating specialized training or extensive experience.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices across various mental health disorders.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport and motivate clients.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community health setting is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with telehealth and remote counseling technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
