Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health concerns, crafting an individualized treatment approach for each unique case.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect best practices and are tailored to meet the distinct needs and goals of each client.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to provide integrated care, participating in team meetings to discuss client progress and adapt care plans as necessary.

• Educate and support families of clients, fostering their understanding and active participation in the recovery process to enhance overall treatment efficacy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment strategies in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Proven experience or specialized training in mental health counseling, with a strong foundation in evidence-based practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and therapeutic skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and motivate them toward achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities, allowing for effective collaboration within a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
