Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health to create tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing their unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices during individual, group, and family sessions.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to ensure seamless integration of care and holistic service delivery.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, utilizing your skills to de-escalate situations and offer support to ensure client safety.

• Engage in proactive community outreach initiatives to increase awareness about mental health issues and promote access to services.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Degree: A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of constructive therapeutic relationships with a diverse clientele.

• Demonstrated cultural competence, capable of engaging effectively with individuals from varied ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Excellent organizational abilities and time-management skills, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of client records.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of professional experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy or counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
