Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities suitable for addressing an array of mental health issues.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care and ensure that clients receive comprehensive, well-rounded treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health episodes, utilizing your expertise to navigate emergency situations with empathy and professionalism.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness, educate the public on mental health issues, and contribute to reducing stigma associated with seeking help.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on serving a diverse population, including underserved communities who may face a variety of socio-economic challenges. You will work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders, helping them navigate their unique journeys towards recovery. Your skills will play a vital role in breaking down barriers and enhancing access to care for those who need it most.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Strong cultural competence and sensitivity, ensuring effective engagement with individuals across all ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a commitment to maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in community mental health settings are preferred. Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology is an asset, as it will enhance your ability to deliver high-quality care and support our remote work model.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
