Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapeutic treatment utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) techniques.

• Work effectively within a fast-paced outpatient clinic specializing in programs such as Depression Recovery and anxiety disorders, including OCD.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions in individual, group, and family settings, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to share their experiences.

• Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with agency and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with local and federal laws.

• Participate in weekly clinical supervision and team meetings aimed at promoting best practices and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications\n
