Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and the convenience of working from home. The work schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for new clients, identifying symptoms and determining appropriate treatment modalities tailored to individual needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques, to address a variety of psychological issues.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups aimed at enhancing awareness of mental health challenges and promoting coping strategies among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other interdisciplinary team members to develop and adjust comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring holistic care.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, utilizing appropriate de-escalation techniques.

• Educate clients about their conditions, treatment options, and community resources that may assist in their recovery and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

• Participate actively in team meetings and professional development sessions to continuously improve skills and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
