Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify and understand the mental health needs of clients, thus securing a strong foundation for treatment.

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, strengths, and goals.

• Provide regular counseling sessions via video calls, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to help clients cope with their challenges.

• Monitor client progress consistently, utilizing standardized assessment tools, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with colleagues, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to create a multidisciplinary approach to care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, preserving the integrity and privacy of client information.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Inner Peace, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually.
