Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and thorough mental health evaluations to better understand clients' emotional and psychological concerns, allowing for the formulation of effective treatment plans.

• Provide tailored individual therapy sessions using contemporary techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities that suit the client’s specific needs.

• Collaborate with clients in setting therapeutic goals, monitoring and adjusting the treatment plan as necessary to meet their evolving needs.

• Offer both in-person and teletherapy options to clients to ensure they have access to the support they need, especially for those facing geographical or physical barriers.

• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate client records in a manner that complies with ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities, helping to keep your clinical skills sharp and up-to-date with the latest practices and research in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
