Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the needs of clients and develop individual treatment plans tailored to their unique challenges.

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches.

• Document therapy sessions comprehensively and keep up-to-date records in compliance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Collaborate with team members to facilitate regular case discussions and share insights to enhance client outcomes.
\n
• Respond to crisis situations effectively, providing immediate support and appropriate interventions when necessary.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to a learning environment by sharing experiences and resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with diverse populations that encompass a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. You’ll be instrumental in helping clients navigate their personal journeys toward mental wellness, using culturally responsive care to foster trust and rapport.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.
\n
• Active licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong clinical skills with at least two years of experience providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a commitment to fostering inclusive, culturally competent care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in working within a remote environment and familiarity with telehealth platforms is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
