Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring comprehensive understanding of individual needs and backgrounds.

• Deliver individualized and family therapy sessions tailored to the specific requirements identified during assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Accurately complete documentation, treatment plans, billing, and insurance authorization forms within established time frames to support operational efficiency.

• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to aid patients in maintaining stable functioning and managing their mental health effectively.

• Create comprehensive discharge plans that outline ongoing care pathways and resources to support patient transitions.
\n
• Adhere to all federal and state laws as well as organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and ethical practice in counseling.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending training workshops, participating in case consultations, and maintaining licensure through required continuing education.

• Actively participate in agency meetings, contributing to collaborative discussions on client care and organizational development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field resulting in licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, contingent upon licensure and relevant experience.
