Work Environment\n

As a remote mental health counselor, you will work within a flexible telehealth framework that prioritizes work-life balance. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends required to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, unify treatment objectives, plan upcoming appointments, and determine appropriate discharge when necessary.

• Document treatment progress consistently through detailed notes and client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted LMHC licensure in Florida.

• Proficient in computer software tools including Excel, electronic medical record systems (RMS), Outlook, and specialized practice management software such as Pimsy.

• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with an emphasis on evidence-based practices.

• Comfortable conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans based on identified needs.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, complemented by comprehensive benefits. Our fee-for-service model ensures you are paid ahead of collections, eliminating any delays in reimbursement.
