Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional stability, and readiness for treatment.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique goals, incorporating appropriate therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Deliver effective evidence-based interventions, including individual counseling sessions, family therapy, and group therapy dynamics.

• Regularly assess and document clients' progress in therapy, ensuring that treatment plans are adjusted based on individual growth and changing needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress or mental health emergencies.

• Maintain precise and confidential records of client interactions and treatment in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to deliver cohesive and well-rounded care.

Qualifications\n
