Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews as appropriate.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in all client interactions.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.

• No history of disciplinary actions on record with state licensing boards.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in teletherapy and familiarity with digital management systems for therapy sessions is highly advantageous.
