Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health issues, needs, and treatment goals.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique circumstances and aspirations.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing a variety of evidence-based and solution-focused approaches tailored to client needs.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring a seamless virtual experience while employing technology to enhance client interaction.

• Provide crisis intervention services and develop safety plans as necessary, demonstrating the ability to address urgent mental health needs effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and relationship issues. By understanding the unique story and context of each client, you will be able to foster a therapeutic environment that promotes trust and effective communication leading to meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude are essential traits.
\n
• Proficient organizational and time-management skills to handle various caseloads efficiently.

• No disciplinary actions or issues on record with any licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within a teletherapy model is highly desirable.

• Previous work in outpatient mental health settings is advantageous.
