Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• An independent and active license in one of the following areas: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, showcasing empathy and understanding towards clients.

• Strong organizational abilities, with a demonstrated capacity for effective time management.

• A clean professional history with no disciplinary actions reported.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will also have at least two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
