Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse adult client population, encompassing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. Your role will be essential in guiding clients through their challenges, helping them develop coping strategies, and improving their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and current license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or holding a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, vital for building trusting relationships with clients.

• Exhibit qualities of compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental demeanor to create a safe therapeutic space.

• Possess strong organizational and time management skills to manage a busy caseload effectively.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional licensing board is necessary.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is preferred. Familiarity with teletherapy best practices, as well as experience in a fast-paced outpatient setting, will enhance your ability to thrive in this role.
