Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each patient's distinct experiences and develop effective and personalized treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions during individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting approaches to resonate with the specific cultural and personal backgrounds of patients.

• Engage in collaborative care by working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive treatment approach for our patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, guiding patients through emergencies and offering emotional support during critical moments.

• Educate patients and families on mental health issues, assisting them to understand treatment options, and helping them access community resources to support their wellness journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
