Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, understanding their challenges in depth.

• Developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting clear therapeutic goals to ensure effective progress monitoring.

• Providing individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness strategies tailored specifically to meet each client's unique needs.

• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation that adheres to ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, which may include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trusting relationships with clients.

• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to treatment.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload size. Additional benefits include:
