Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and collaboratively formulate tailored treatment plans based on individual goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.

• Collaborate with case managers and other professionals to deliver coordinated and holistic care, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support in their treatment journey.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support during emergency situations, applying your expertise to stabilize clients in acute distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong therapeutic relationships with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
