Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, using evidence-based tools and methodologies.

• Develop tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing individual, familial, and group therapy needs, applying various therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients undergoing acute distress, ensuring timely and compassionate support during emergencies.

• Engage in regular collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to create a coordinated care experience for clients.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness, develop educational materials, and conduct workshops that aim to destigmatize mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and behavioral issues. The Therapist will interact with clients from multiple cultural backgrounds, enhancing their understanding and fostering a culturally competent therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• Hold an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possess a relevant master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills, allowing for effective interactions and the establishment of therapeutic relationships with various clients.

• Show cultural competence and sensitivity, effectively working with individuals from a variety of ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure timely therapy delivery and accurate documentation in compliance with health records regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
