Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Ultimate Energy Wellness Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of clients, including adolescents and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. This role requires cultural sensitivity and the capacity to tailor treatment approaches to accommodate the unique experiences and backgrounds of each individual. You will help clients with conditions ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological disorders.

Qualifications\n

• Completed a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possess a valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience working in mental health, demonstrating an ability to engage with a variety of patients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
