Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing you greater flexibility in your schedule while still contributing to a supportive outpatient office environment. Our practice operates from 7 AM to 10 PM seven days a week, giving you the ability to tailor your hours to suit your lifestyle and the needs of your patients. You will be provided with a robust support team to assist with scheduling and client services, ensuring that you can dedicate your time and energy to providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ trauma histories and formulate effective treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and resilience enhancement.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to address trauma-related disorders.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to process their experiences and develop coping mechanisms.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families regarding trauma responses and available community resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards by ensuring accurate and confidential documentation of client sessions and progress.

• Engage in professional development activities and case consultations to stay informed of the latest trends and methodologies in trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
