Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) during individual and group sessions.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to ensure that clients receive holistic and integrated care that addresses all aspects of their well-being.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A strong understanding of trauma-informed treatment modalities, approaches, and resilience-building strategies.

• Competence in delivering trauma-focused therapeutic techniques.
