Work Environment\n

In this remote role, you will benefit from the flexibility of a home-based work setting while remaining connected with a dedicated team of mental health professionals. Regular video conferencing allows for collaborative patient management, consultation, and training, ensuring that each therapist is supported in their clinical practice. Our standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs and schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, utilizing standardized assessment tools to identify patients' psychological needs and strengths.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that integrate evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques relevant to patient goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing diverse therapeutic techniques to promote mental wellness and recovery.

• Lead psychoeducational groups aimed at enhancing patient knowledge about mental health, coping strategies, and treatment options, thereby fostering a supportive community.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care and continuity of services.

• Provide crisis intervention and remote support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating sound judgment and compassion.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting mental health assessments and the creation of personalized treatment plans.

• Solid understanding of various therapeutic modalities and an ability to adapt approaches to meet diverse patient needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members alike.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions and treatment progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
