Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ needs, creating individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapy sessions utilizing various modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to address patients' specific challenges.

• Facilitate virtual psychoeducational and support groups to foster community engagement and address common mental health issues.

• Collabour with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating sound judgment and effective communication.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions, available resources, and treatment methodologies to empower them in their recovery journeys.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in alignment with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Participate actively in team consultations, meetings, and continuous professional development opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

• Demonstrated expertise in a variety of therapeutic modalities and a thorough understanding of mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
