Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and concerns, establishing a clear understanding of their mental health background.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s therapeutic goals and are based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual therapy sessions that incorporate various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others, dependent on client needs.

• Facilitate regular teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer the convenience of virtual appointments, ensuring that accessibility is prioritized.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation for all client interactions in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practice.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to continuously enhance your clinical skills and remain informed of the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing a full caseload alongside administrative duties efficiently.

• Familiarity with telehealth systems and electronic health record management is highly desirable.

• Attractive annual salary range of USD $80,000 – $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
