Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs through interviews and standardized evaluations, adapting your approach to cater to each patient's unique circumstances.

• Formulate and implement therapeutic treatment plans tailored to address specific issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse considerations, while employing evidence-based methodologies.

• Engage in ongoing therapeutic sessions, providing regular support and utilizing various counseling techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and person-centered therapy, to facilitate client progress.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care and refer clients to additional services as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and patient interactions within our EHR systems, complying with regulations and organizational standards.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base that spans different ages, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license in New York as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Retired (LCSW-R).

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• A professional understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and evidence-based practices, along with strong crisis intervention skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
