Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint clients' mental health concerns, establishing accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans leveraging evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients undergoing acute mental health crises, ensuring safety and stabilization.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records in adherence to ethical standards, including treatment plans and progress notes.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care strategies for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in Washington State.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in counseling or therapy, preferably within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive annual salary ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
