Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Impireum, you will:

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to identify specific needs and develop individualized care plans.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual and family therapy, tailored to address the unique challenges and goals of clients.

• Manage timely completion of clinical documentation, including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Develop comprehensive crisis intervention plans, safety plans, and wellness strategies to promote stable functioning and to manage potential relapses.

• Establish effective discharge plans that support a smooth transition for patients as they progress in their mental health journey.

• Maintain adherence to all federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, as well as Impireum’s operational policies to uphold ethical standards of practice.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education and training opportunities to enhance your therapeutic competencies.

• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings to collaborate with a network of professionals dedicated to improving client outcomes.

• Complete all mandatory training and licensure requirements to maintain a high standard of care within the organization.

Qualifications\n
