Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, forming the foundation for individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others relevant to client needs.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure continuous and coordinated care, fostering a holistic approach to each client’s mental health.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, utilizing techniques to stabilize their condition and ensure safety.
\n
• Engage in community outreach initiatives, participating in workshops and educational sessions to raise mental health awareness and destigmatize seeking help.

You will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds, age groups, and cultural identities. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport with clients and their families.

• Strong cultural competence, demonstrating sensitivity and respect when working with diverse populations.
\n
• Effective organizational skills with an emphasis on accurate documentation and time management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community mental health setting or outpatient office is preferred, allowing you to bring valuable insights into our therapeutic practices.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
