Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients’ mental health status.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with each client, setting achievable goals and measurable outcomes.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that are culturally sensitive and responsive to clients' diverse backgrounds.

• Identify and manage crises effectively, providing immediate support to clients in distress while ensuring their safety.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our EHR system, adhering to all regulatory guidelines and confidentiality standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care doctors, to create a comprehensive care strategy for clients.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with mental health best practices and advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele dealing with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, major depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and substance use disorders. You will be tasked with adapting your therapeutic approach to fit each client’s unique situation, utilizing a broad spectrum of evidence-based practices. Your work will directly contribute to improving mental health outcomes for individuals facing various life challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating effective practice in mental health counseling.

• A comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
