Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients seeking strategies for relaxation and enhanced well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' unique stressors, challenges, and personal goals, thereby tailoring mindfulness practices to best fit their needs.

• Guide clients through various mindfulness exercises, meditation techniques, and breathing practices aimed at promoting self-awareness, emotional balance, and effective stress management.

• Create and facilitate interactive group workshops on mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and resilience training to support community engagement.

• Integrate mindfulness therapeutic techniques within individual therapy sessions to specifically address clients' mental health concerns and foster their overall growth.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to implement an integrated approach to care that prioritizes the incorporation of mindfulness practices.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client progress, therapeutic interventions employed, and detailed treatment plans to ensure continuity of care and compliance with professional standards.

• Engage in ongoing personal mindfulness practice and participate in professional development opportunities to refine your skills and deepen your expertise in mindfulness-based therapies.

Your work will focus on a diverse client base within the Phoenix community, including individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• Proven ability to integrate mindfulness practices within therapeutic settings and effectively communicate these strategies to clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering an annual compensation of USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience.
